Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your goods for unused items in original condition.
To request a return, please contact us within this timeframe so we can provide instructions.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all packaging and components
Not be damaged after delivery
Not show signs of alteration, misuse, or tampering
Returns may be declined if goods have been dropped, broken, or otherwise damaged through improper handling.
Return Postage & Transit Risk
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
We strongly recommend using tracked or registered shipping and prepaying all postage.
You assume responsibility for goods in transit back to us.
CAT Systems Australia cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping where adequate tracking or insurance has not been used.
